FAQ
· A reading seems inaccurate. First check your birth date, time, place, and time zone. Small birth-time differences can change chart details.
· How do I cancel a subscription? Manage it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or use Apple's subscription management page.
· Does deleting my account cancel my subscription? No. Cancel Apple subscriptions before deleting your account.
· Is AskXuan professional advice? No. AskXuan provides traditional metaphysical and AI-generated content for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal reference only.
· Can I export data? Individual chats can currently be copied or shared. Full export is being prepared.
